Qing Jie Restaurant Braised Pork with Salted Vege

I visited Qing Jie Restaurant since it was very popular in Hatyai. Their signature dish is of course, the Braised Pork with Salted Vege (60-100 baht). I felt that the braised pork was just so so. The skin and fat did melt in the mouth, but the rest of the meat was very tough and the flavors from the herbal braised broth have yet to enter the meat. The salted vege and braised eggs were also weak. I had much better braised pork and pork leg rice from a random mini stall nearby in a Hatyai food court.

Operating hours:

Daily: 7.30am – 2pm

Salted Vege Braised Pork(60-100 baht)

Crispy Roasted Pork(100 baht)

Pork Leg Rice(50-60 baht)
