Nan Yang Chicken Rice (高佬华南洋鸡饭) is one of the famous chicken rice in Setapak, that used to be a stall in Ganda Dua food court, has now shifted to a shop just next to it.
Steamed Chicken: I love how ‘slippery’ the chicken was! The chicken was steamed to perfection and meat was very tender. (RM5.50 for rice set)
The Roasted Chicken wasn’t as slippery as the steamed one but it’s still pretty good! (RM5.50 for rice set)
Roasted Pork: Balanced ratio of “fat : lean meat : crispy skin”! The roasted pork wasn’t dry and also not too salty. (RM8 for rice set)
Everything here can be seen as the star of the show, even the Char Siew was tender and balanced with the fat and lean portion. (RM8 for rice set)
