At Mee Calong Tulang Ayam Pak Usop Alor Ladang, you can try one of Malaysia’s less-known food. Mee Calong is a traditional noodle dish from the small area called Beserah, next to Kuantan. Calong refers to the fishballs, added into the noodles, along with tofu puffs and an egg (optional). The soup is typically fish broth but this version called Mee Calong Tulang Ayam by Pak Usop from Kampung Alor Ladang also includes chicken bones for added flavors. The chicken bones with a bit of meat sticking on them are also served together in the noodles for a good nibble.
