Along the stretch of Burma road, in front of a primary school, are two stalls selling apom pancakes: Apom Chooi and Apong Guan.
Apom Chooi’s pancakes were thinner and dryer. The pancakes had three different flavors: original, pandan, and rice cake. Above is the original flavored pancake, with a little bit of corn and banana inside.
The pandan flavor wasn’t very strong but at least you can taste it a little.
