Hidden amongst a stretch of small road, lies Indra Tomyam Meggi Ketam, a humble restaurant that crab lovers shall not miss. When you come here, you gotta have their Maggie Ketam!
Swimming in the spicy tomyam broth, there were one and a half mud crabs and 1 flower crab, with lots of vegetables. These are the local Tumpat mud crabs, and they were really fresh! The crabs had big chunks of meat, and white eggy stuff between the shell and the meat.
The noodles didn’t turn soggy over time, and the soup wasn’t starchy (they didn’t use the same water that boiled the noodles to make the tomyam broth).
It’s very worth it having so many crabs for less than RM25! Indra Tomyam Meggi Ketam is a must-revisit for me.
