Kheong Kee Claypot Chicken Rice was once operated in Setapak, before they shifted to this new restaurant at Taman Bukit Indah. The portion of the Claypot Chicken Rice (RM8.50 for regular; RM16 for large) was quite generous and the chicken meat was plenty, mostly from the thighs and drumsticks. In addition, some Chinese sausage slices and little bits of salted fish is given. The rice texture, however, was a little too wet or mushy for me, and the flavors could be improved.
Other than claypot chicken rice, Kheong Kee also serves a variety of soup and vegetables.
