Kopitiam Kita | Most Famous Restaurant in Kelantan

Kopitiam Kita is one of the most famous kopitiam in Kota Bharu, Kelantan. It’s a busy place, a one stop center for Kelantan signature food. The taste and quality, however, may vary.

Kopitiam Kita is always packed with visitors, table sharing is a norm. While the staff will come to take your order for drinks and toasts, you will have to head to the counter to pick your rice packets.

Kopitiam Kita’s iconic and original Roti Titab (RM5) was special and quite good.

Nasi Air Dingin is one of Kelantan’s top signature rice. Somehow at this kopitiam, the rice wasn’t really special. It was just a bland light curry rice with fish. The rice was a bit soggy, probably due to the gravy and time duration. You’ll know how bad this is after you tried the actual Nasi Air Dingin.

The Nasi Tumpang here was so so, not the best one in Kelantan. It had little ingredients, some had one little prawn while some had two.

Nasi Ayam Goreng K-Wok (RM4): While the rice was rather fluffy, the rice and curry didn’t really work well together and the flavor was rather weak. The fried chicken pieces were very dry and over-fried. Better go for the actual Nasi Kak Wok.
