Previously called Pizzeria Traudi before it was shifted to a new location. This was where I had one of the best pizza and other hearty Italian food. They then changed the name to Little Switzerland with a new range of Switzerland authentic food. The Swiss chef/owner of the restaurant and his wife are lovely. It was a great surprise to find such authentic and wholesome Swiss and Italian food in Kelantan.
For a starter, I had a plate of very delicious Pumpkin Soup. It was very smooth and thick, with very soothing aroma of the butter.
Then, I had their hearty Homemade ravioli. I couldn’t identify the ingredients of the filling inside but it was delicious. Served with tomato sauce and cheese.
Here comes my favorite of Pizzeria Traudi / Little Switzerland: wood fired pizza! I had Pizza Napoli, which consisted of tomato, garlic and cheese. The thin crust pizza was heavenly! You could really taste its quality and the flavors from the fire wood.
We used to be able to view the fire stove at the previous location at Pizzeria Traudi, which was interesting to see how they prepare it.
Lastly, I had warm Brownies for dessert. You’ll know it’s the real deal, but it was quite a small piece.
