SCT Sotong Celop Tepung is a breezy restaurant by the beach of Pantai Chendering, Kuala Terengganu. It is an enjoyable place to eat with sea breeze blowing at you.
Sotong Celup Tepung(RM12): Fried squid with super crunchy batter. There were a lot of creamy squid eggs inside the body. A bottle of sweet and sour vinegar chili sauce is provided as a dipping sauce for the fried squid.
Laksam (RM3) with mild coconut milk broth. It was a little too salty and the ‘fishy-ness’ could be stronger. A spoon of savory chili paste and a pink fermented shrimp paste on the side to be mixed according to your preference.
