Among the famed Ikan Patin Tempoyak shops in Temerloh, Selera Patin Bangau Temerloh would be crowned the spiciest of them all. The gulai tempoyak (fermented durian curry) is also sweeter than usual, maybe to tone down the spiciness of the dish, served piping hot from the pot. The patin fish was fresh, soft and sweet.
