JP’s on Jervis is a small burger shop in Rotorua, known by the locals as the best burger joint in town. I had the Holly Cluck Burger ($14): Hot & spicy chicken burger with lettuce, tomato, onion, and Sriracha mayo. As a spicy food lover, the sriracha mayo sauce had just the right level of spiciness to bring up the delicious level of the burger. The chicken patty was thick, tender and crispy.
It is indeed a flawless burger that easily became one of the best burgers I had in New Zealand. Also, the burger I had in JP’s on Jervis somehow reminded me of the tasty roadside stalls of Ramli burgers in Malaysia.
